How to Choose Your Size: Measure the distance between the ground and bottom of the pedal axle, with the cranks in the verticle position.

If the distance to the ground is less than 105mm, we recommend you choose small. If the distance to the ground is between 105mm and 125mm, we recommend you choose large.
